Tucker Axum is a New York Times bestselling author, pilot, and federal agent whose writing is shaped by aviation, history, travel, and a career spent in high-stakes environments around the world. He co-authored Cajun Justice with James Patterson.
A visit to Omaha Beach inspired Axum to write The Reawakening of Mage Axum, a historical novel rooted in the disappearance of his uncle, an American soldier during World War II.
Raised in the American South, Tucker has traveled to more than 78 countries across all seven continents during a career in service to the United States. His experiences have taken him from historic battlefields and conflict zones to cockpits, remote landscapes, and places most people encounter only through books.
Those experiences inform both his fiction and nonfiction.
